Spring Garden Academy, a ministry of Next Generation Ministries, is currently hiring staff for our Bible Club Hour and After School programs. Positions are ideal for college or graduate students in the education, church ministry, or youth work field. We also train staff to work in our Preschool and Elementary programs.

Hours of the position are 1-5 pm or 1-6 pm, depending on enrollment and need. Sub work may also be available for qualified individuals.

Some coursework in Elementary Education, Youth Counseling, Early Childhood, or Recreation or a related field desired. One year experience (paid or volunteer) required. Familiarity with child development and Bible teaching are a plus.

This position can also be structured as an internship for college students.
