Next Generation Ministries is currently hiring teachers for our K-8th grade North Philadelphia Christian school. We place a high focus on meeting the needs of at-risk and trauma-impacted families through our collaborative approach. Thus, we are looking for qualified individuals who are committed to a holistic view of education in a high-risk community.
We have full-time teaching positions for the younger grades as well as part-time positions in the specialized areas (language arts, math, science, or social studies) for the upper grades. The candidate must be committed to differentiated instruction, spiritual development, child-focused learning, standards-based reporting, ongoing formative assessment, and professional growth. Ideal candidate understands a school family model of education. Familiarity with child Conscious Discipline and/or Keystone Stars are a plus.
